In the Track&Trace platform, a feature for assessing the quality of delivery by end recipients has been introduced. To enable it, please write to support@routeq.com
Added to the Courier Quality report the numbers of intermediate warehouses where couriers pick up orders
When planning with the multi-order merging option enabled, there are situations where the algorithm cannot distribute all orders within a multi-order to a single point on one vehicle. Now, a multi-order can be forcibly made indivisible. Set the option options.force_merge_multiorders = true. In this case, all orders to one address will be delivered by one vehicle, if this is not possible — the entire multi-order will fall into dropped.
There are situations when due to poor GPS signal quality, auto-delivery is not credited in the mobile application for couriers. Now, couriers can be given the ability to manually mark order visits, even if auto-delivery is enabled at the company level. To enable this option, you can contact our technical support.
Previously, the maximum detection radius that could be set through the company settings was 500 meters. Now it is 2000 meters.
In the Track&Trace platform, in the Orders section, a new "Order Status" filter has appeared. It allows displaying orders only in the desired statuses.
Now, when viewing the solution, if planning includes several depots, it is possible to filter all routes from one specific depot.
Previously, the courier's route list displayed all routes, including completed ones. Now, completed routes are hidden, and they can be displayed by pressing the "Show Completed Routes" button. Also, the list of routes is sorted by the date and time the route starts.
That's all for today, if you have any questions, please write to support@routeq.com
